Description: The moving-picture show begins with a person (Sanjay Dutt) drinking brewage early within the morning then following up with having brewage and idli. He later steals a motorcycle and goes to the police office to induce commission from the police inspector. He then meets a person United Nations agency takes him to an area wherever they sell guns and bombs. Finally, he meets an area outlaw United Nations agency hires him to kill a minister. He thens kills the outlaw and his henchmen and divulges himself as DCP Hindu deity, the new cop in city, close to the Andhra Pradesh-Maharashtra border.
