Description: Joe Albany was a well accomplished jazz piano player throughout the Nineteen Sixties and Nineteen Seventies activity with the likes of saxist, Miles Dewey Davis Jr., and Charles Mingus before his descent into white plague. The film tells the story of Albany’s life from the angle of his then eleven year previous female offspring Amy Albany through her own personal memoirs, as she watches him subsume his dependency throughout the Nineteen Sixties and ’70s jazz scene.
